MomMeFit

Semi-individualized small group fitness training for both pregnant and postpartum mamas.

Classes held at CTS Fitness & Performance in Napa, CA


 

 

with in person training you…

  • Get the joy of training with other mamas just like you, with workouts modified to your specific needs, stage in pregnancy or postpartum &/or core or pelvic floor considerations

  • Have access to 2 workouts per week coached by Rikki (Tuesdays & Thursday 10:00am-10:45am)

  • Can expect session to include a warm-up, strength component, conditioning work and a cool-down

  • Access to private members-only FB page and direct access to me via text and email

Consultation

Schedule a 1:1 phone call with Rikki to discuss your unique pregnancy &/or postpartum fitness strategy.

Use this option to have all of your questions answered. Anything from the ideal exercise program for you, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, vaginal birth preparation, vaginal and c-section recovery, return to running, and more.

A one time 30-min call is $50
