I really am more conscious in my daily movements, now performing them correctly. What you have taught is so useful! I’m using the techniques for getting up off the floor and bending properly plus doing a kegel correctly, daily!

For me also the accountability is huge and having someone to check in with is insanely helpful. I wasn’t sure how it was all going to work with zoom but the workouts and you being able to see us, correct movements, offer modifications is hugely helpful. I think that’s what has lacked in other programs I’ve done, everything is just prerecorded which is great, but I’m loving having a person to check in with and ask questions to. So THANK YOU!

The OR doctors commented on how strong my uterus and core muscles were. They were impressed and I think that bodes well for my recovery, so thanks :)

Me and baby girl are doing very well, I am so in love with her I can't stop looking at her!!! P.S. My surgeon said I had strong abs too."
- Ruby S.
The results that I've seen so far has not been the numbers on the scale but with my body. I feel stronger and my clothes fit me better. I can feel my muscles again. I can also carry my baby up stairs without getting winded.

Rikki is so knowledgeable and supportive to ensure full recovery for your body.
-Alyssa P.
Her completely non-judgmental, go at your own pace, supportive and professional program should be part of every mother’s basic pre and post-natal care regimen. I only wish I had found her sooner!
-Kelly D.
The community of friendship in this program along with the added bonuses of getting stronger mentally and physically... there’s nothing better.
-Nicole R.
She somehow struck the perfect balance between pushing you each week to get stronger while also focusing on listening to your body.
-Alex M.
It gave me confidence in knowing I was doing something hugely beneficial for my body. Moms need to remember to take care of themselves as well as their families.
-Christina H.
Rikki I can’t thank you enough for your continued support, this labor was a breeze.
