Confident and Strong Again
Once I gave birth I was almost scared to go back to my normal day to day activities, especially working out! Rikki’s classes made me feel confident and strong again.
What I loved most about the program was the community of moms it brought. Being a new mom can be isolating. This brought me a whole new tribe of caring, go-getter mamas.
I recommend every mom to try Rikki’s class after birth. We are told think that we can just bounce back after 6-8 weeks after birth, which is insane! Rikki is so knowledgeable and supportive to ensure full recovery for your body.
