I was generally feeling “meh” about my new post-baby body
When I was a few months postpartum, I began hearing about Rikki’s class from other mom’s in my weekly social group. I was feeling unfit and physically weak. My back was constantly hurting, despite frequent chiropractor visits, and I was generally feeling “meh” about my new post-baby body.
I had never joined a gym or workout class before in my life, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was fabulous. Rikki was so so kind and sensitive to all the struggles a new mom goes through. The camaraderie and sisterhood with all the ladies I met in the class was SO valuable. She somehow struck the perfect balance between pushing you each week to get stronger while also focusing on listening to your body. The months I trained with Rikki, I’ve never felt more strong or confident. I even stopped going to the chiropractor for about 5 months because my back stopped hurting completely!"
